Sand Gone Makes Sandbox and Beach Time Play Less Messy

This is the first year that we have had a swing set setup in the backyard and with that swing set there is a sandbox. You know the first thing you think about when you are putting a sandbox together for your kids is how much sand they are going to be tracking into the house. At least I know that is what I was thinking.

We have had a lot of rain and the sand box has been wet for a while now. Just this past Monday Andrew wanted to go out and play in the sand box and all I could think about was how much sand he is going to have all over him because it is wet. Ugh….

Then I remembered!! Sand Gone was sitting on my counter just waiting to be used.. so I told Andrew to go have fun!! Not a care in the world because Sand Gone is supposed to get rid of the sand right?

Andrew played all morning long in the sandbox and I was just itching to use our new Sand Gone product…

The time had come! Andrew was complaining that he had sand all over him and then he started to wipe his face because it was hot out.. and the complaining turned to “Mommy I have sand on my face”. So I opened up Sand Gone and my first impression was.. OH MY does this smell good! I got a big whiff of coconut and all I could think about is how much I wish this was sand from the beach and not the sand box.

I applied the dry powder with the microfiber applicator onto Andrew’s arms and hands and Andrew and I were both in amazement. The sand was instantly wiped off of Andrew’s skin with no resistance what so ever leaving his skin feeling so soft and smooth. It almost reminded me of rubbing him down with baby powder when he was a baby.

Sand Gone would be the perfect companion for any beach goer! Pack this baby up in your beach bag and take it with you.. when you are done playing in the sun you can use Sand Gone to both remove the sand from your skin and also remove the salt from your skin. My only complaint about going to the beach is the salty air/water and the feeling that it leaves on your skin when it is time to go home. I would love to try Sand Gone at the beach but I don’t think I will be there soon.. Maybe one of you can try it!

Overall my honest expectations weren’t that high before trying the Sand Gone sand remover but after trying it and seeing how useful the powder is after a day of playing in the sand box I’m thinking that this will become a product on hand for Spring and Summer time play. I love that the dry white powder is both non toxic and non talc so I can feel confident and safe about using it all over my babies. I’m glad I tried Sand Gone and can’t wait to use it more this summer.
